SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take to receive my order
Normal delivery times anywhere in the US lower 48 states runs between 3-6 working days. In stock items from our warehouse normally ship within 24 hours. Items that need to be manufactured prior to shipment will require the additional manufacturing time before they can ship. Also, the customer will be notified if unexpected delays arise. Lastly, weather conditions can also delay shipments.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed immediately and then forwarded to our suppliers or sent to our warehouse for in stock items. Orders for items stocked in our warehouse are shipped within 24 hours. Orders for items stocked in our warehouse that are received on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for destinations in the lower 48 states can be automatically calculated on our website from the Product Item page by doing the following:

(1) Click on the Yellow "Calculate Shipping" button located to the right of the product image.
(2) A new window will appear.
(3) Type in your zip code and your state abbreviation and then click on the "Calculate Shipping" button.
(4) Available shipping methods are UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and Truck shipments for
items over 150 lbs.

Truck Shipments
UPS will ship items up to 150 lbs. Shipments over 150 lbs must shipped by truck.

Truck Delivery to a Commercial Address
Truck deliveries to a commercial address work well for trucking companies. There are no addition fees for delivering to a commercial address. The only additional fees that might be incurred are for a lift gate for the truck if no loading dock is available.

Truck Delivery to a Residential Address
Deliveries to residential locations may incur additional charges. Trucking companies charge extra for residential deliveries given that residences are typically farther away from truck routes and often times there is no one home to receive the delivery. Residential lift gate frees are extra.
