Orders

Restocking Fees
Returned shipped orders or cancellation of shipped orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of your order total, plus the full cost of the freight and any special handling that is required to ship the product or products back. Returned freight charges may also include Residential Fees and Truck Lift Gate fees.

Product Warranty
Pro Tools Express warranty's that all the products it sells are free from manufacturing defects. Any defective product that is received by the customer or end user will be exchanged for a non-defective, identical product or money back at discretion of Pro Tools Express. Pro Tools Express is not liable for any other expense, shipping or otherwise, incurred by the end user for exchanging a product. This offer is limited to the duration and parameters of the manufacturer's warranty and applies to the product only. Manufacturers' order processing time and product availability are beyond the control of Pro Tools Express. Projected shipment dates provided by Pro Tools Express are only estimates. Pro Tools Express cannot be responsible for the date a product actually ships out of the manufacturer's door. Pro Tools Express also cannot be responsible for damage that occurs to a product while being shipped to the end user. Pro Tools Express does not warranty that a product will meet all of the specific needs of its end use rnor that a product will perform beyond or outside the intended use of its design. Pro Tools Express is not responsible for occasional typographical errors on the website.
