Returns
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Prior approval must be given by Pro Tools Express on all returns. Refunds include only the cost
of the products. Shipping, drop ship fees, credit card merchant fees, store percentage fees and handling fees are not refundable. There is 15%
restocking fee on the returned items.
Items incorrectly ordered by the customer are subject to the same policy as stated above. Shipping, drop ship fees, credit card merchant fees,
store percentage fees and handling fees are not refundable. There is 15% restocking fee on the returned items.
Items that are custom made, specially modified or custom manufactured in order to meet a customers product needs cannot be returned.
Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are handled on a case by case basis. Cancellations can be made prior to shipping. If an order is cancelled after items have already
shipped, the details of that order will need to be discussed. Applicable charges may apply.
