Unused tools in original packaging may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase subject to the following limitations: A return will only be accepted up to the duration and parameters of the manufacturer's warranty for exchange or repair if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect. You will need an Authorization number from us before returning the item(s). We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Restocking charges of 20% to 25% may apply to returned item(s). Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged.
